Filtration stages for CoRRect air ALVA protective ventilation systems

Hauser’s protective ventilation systems utilise 4 or 5-stage filtration, in order to guarantee you the greatest possible safety. The innovative filter material used in the CoRRect air HLAS filter dispenses with the fifth filtration stage, as vibrations ensure that no carbon dust can result.

Stage 1 Cyclone Solids are separated by a cyclone filter and automatically ejected.

Stage 2 Coarse dust filter cartridge Protection level G 4, medium separation level, 90% AM in compliance with DIN EN 779Filterschema

Stage 3 Fine dust filter Protection level H 13, medium fractional separation efficiency 99.97% in compliance with DIN EN 1822-1:1998.

This protection class is also used in operating theatres, and as well as dust protects against oil mist, particles of soot, pollen, spores, bacteria and viruses.

Stage 4 CoRRect air HLAS high performance gas filter

In the variants A (compliant with DIN EN 141) for separation of organic gases and vapours (hydrocarbons, VOCs, PAHs etc.) with a boiling point of over 65°C

or ABEK-Hg (compliant with DIN EN 141) for separation of organic gases and vapours (hydrocarbons, VOCs, PAHs etc.) with a boiling point of over 65°C (A); inorganic gases and vapours (e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, hydrochloric acid, hydrocyanic acid (B); sulphur dioxide, hydrochloric acid and other acid gases (E); ammonia and other organic ammonium compounds (K) such as mercury (Hg)

Alternatively also as bulk carbon filter with lower separation performance as

Gas filter A main application area DIN EN 141: Organic gases and vapours with boiling point over 65°C

Gas filter ABEK-Hg main application area EN 141: as -A- plus acid gases, ammonia, cyanide and mercury

Gas filter AX main application area EN 141: Organic gases and vapours with boiling point under 65°C

Stage 5 (not for HLAS filter systems)

Fine dust filter F 5 combined with activated carbon filter. Medium effectiveness 40% EM in compliance with DIN EN 779. Prevents the carbon dust that can result from vibrations polluting the air.
